How to send art commission on DeviantArt?

So, I’ve been seeing lots of people doing commissions over DeviantArt and I get the gist of it,
but how do you send the commissioner your finished artwork? Do you just upload it?(with watermark). Or do you send the actual drawing to them personally? Or does it depend on the customer?
If you do mail it to them, I guess it’s normal to ask for their mailing address over Notes, and for me to go out and get the appropriate-sized envelope for the artwork?

One more thing.. are there cases where the commissioner uses your artwork to resell for their own profits? Would you have to state your own rights before being commissioned, to prevent that?

how to make rubber stamps?

I am wanting to make a LARGE rubber stamp for a project im doing. I need to make a horse face stamp for a rocking horse. I thought it would be easier to stamp the face then paint each one, which would take forever. Is making rubber stamps difficult to do it? Does anyone have any web sites on DIYing it? or do you know a website that sells stamps like that, but can be used if I resell the image. I dont want to get in trouble with copy rights, or steal another artist image… Your help in this is appreciated THANKS LEBE

Questions on cemetary burial/grave lots ownership in Texas. How long can you own them?

When you buy cemetary burial lots while you’re alive (thus your children not burying you where you do not know), the paper do not say how long you have the rights to them, but it’s stated for personal/family used and of course for burrying human corpses. What I’m confused is that if you buy the lots how long can you own them? After you and your loved ones have taken up the spots of the lots that you previously paid for, can the ownership be transferred to your children and their offsprings? For eternity?? My understanding is that cemetary lots are contracted for a certain years, then afterwards they can have the right to dig up the remains and discard them if the family members are no longer around or no one is there to renew the contract. But how will it be if you bought the burial lots many years before you die or way before your children die? Is it like once all the lots you bought are used, after 100 years the cemetary/funeral homes will dig you up and resell the lots?? I’ve been told there’s no such thing as a perpetual cemetary in Texas (and US?? unless it’s out in the woods or country??), and was told that it’s all contracted and the lots are being reused over and over. I’m confused because there are some people who bought a big lot so they can bury many family members at the same location (cemetary in the city). They even labeled their lots under their names such as “so and so Estate” or “so and so family cemetary” but if perpetual cemetary don’t exist, does that means one day in the very far future their remains will be dig up, discarded, and their burial lots will be resell to the future dead humans?? even if their decendants are still around visiting their graves?
